About the Project:
Safwan Bilal Islamic Online Academy (SBIOA) is seeking a skilled Web Application Developer to build a user-friendly and secure website that supports student registration, course management, tutor-student interaction, and payment integration.
Key Responsibilities
✓ Develop a responsive and accessible web application using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Laravel, Django, or similar).
✓ Design and implement:
✓ Program/course information pages
✓ Student registration and secure payment modules (with gateway integration)
✓ Access-controlled course material pages (non-downloadable content)
✓ Tutor dashboards with access to assigned programs
✓ Attendance and assessment tracking with automated percentage calculations
✓ Collaborate on UI/UX design for a smooth and intuitive user experience.
✓ Conduct thorough testing of all features.
✓ Deploy the final product to a production environment.
Requirements
✓Proven experience developing full-stack web applications
✓ Proficiency in frontend (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) and backend technologies (PHP, Python, Node.js, etc.)
✓ Experience with payment gateway integration (e.g., Stripe, Paystack)
✓ Strong knowledge of database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
✓ Familiarity with access control and content restriction mechanisms
✓ Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines
✓ Excellent communication and documentation skills
✓ Experience working with educational or LMS platforms
✓ Familiarity with Islamic learning platforms or audiences
