Our Client is a fast-growing provider of composite-based construction solutions. We’re not a construction company — we power construction companies with innovative products like non-metallic manholes, wood-plastic composites, and raised flooring solutions.
We’re looking for a Technical Sales Manager who’s:
Entrepreneurial and solutions-driven
Technically savvy with construction materials
Confident selling to architects, developers, and contractors
Responsibilities:
Sell technical products and consult with clients on-site
Identify new business opportunities in the construction industry
Collaborate with engineers to deliver customized proposals
Lead presentations, demos, and client negotiations
Track activity via CRM and provide regular pipeline updates
Requirements:
5+ years experience in technical sales in construction or manufacturing
Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and building codes
Great communicator with presentation and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
