Ensure completeness of technical documentation during supplier onboarding (e.g., GA drawings, warranty terms, QA plans, FAT procedures).
Use UNISUP and PRODOM to execute and monitor procurement workflows.
Supplier Interface & Quality Compliance:
Attend supplier FATs and site inspections for high-risk or long-lead equipment.
Engage QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ANSI, ASME, NERC/DPR regulations.

Support the project team in identifying cost-saving opportunities through alternate sourcing, value engineering, or technical substitutions.
Provide material cost estimates and budget inputs during tendering and bid submissions.
Maintain procurement schedule aligned with project milestones and critical path activities.
Manage close-out documentation for regulatory submission to TEPNG, NCDMB, and NUIS.
