The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing travel agency operations and be proficient in the use of GDS systems such as Amadeus and Galileo.
This role requires someone who can handle ticket issuance, reservations, re-issuance, re-validation, date changes, and BSP processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the travel agency
Use Amadeus and Galileo for ticketing and reservations
Handle re-issuance, re-validation, date changes, and BSP-related activities
Coordinate with airlines, clients, and vendors to deliver excellent service
Monitor and manage customer satisfaction
Oversee budgets and financial records related to travel operations
Requirements
Female candidate preferred for gender balance
Proven experience in a similar role within the travel industry
Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus and Galileo)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
