Supervise and support daily supermarketoperations
Lead, motivate, and train team members
Ensure shelves are fully stocked and the store is clean and well-presented
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment
Assist with cash handling, banking, and opening/closing procedures
Ensure health & safety and food safety standards are met
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with previous experience in a retail or supermarket environment (supervisory role preferred).
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings
Basic IT skills (e.g., using POS systems, stock software).
