Ensure architecture principles are followed.
Close design gaps
Bridge between Partners and vendors
Track all open technical delivery to closure.
Advise and apply best practice to all deliverables.
Document all integration flows.
Coordinate all technical resources.
Recommend Change management from a program perspective.
Formulate and manage release packages.
Provide end to end planning, and execution of program
Vendor/stakeholder engagement and Management
Ensure effective risk management strategy
Provide project status, relevant reports, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies Maintain the collaboration site and program document filling
Lead vendor management process against deliverables (including SOWs, change management, approval of deliverables).
Partner with internal and external development teams to deliver on time and with the quality required.
Assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution.
Ensure all business systems, IT systems, partner platforms and networks are in place to support the offer and that the technical design accurately represents the requirements.
