We are seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Executive Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for senior executives, and to support a variety of company related tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate discretion, punctuality, and a proactive attitude in handling both transport duties and general support assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Drive company executives to and from appointments, meetings, and events.
Maintain the cleanliness, servicing, and general upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS and traffic updates.
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times.
Run company errands such as document delivery, item pickup/drop-off.
Be available to assist with other activities as assigned by management, including support in logistics, procurement runs, or facility-related tasks.
Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, maintenance, and usage.
Adhere strictly to traffic rules and company protocols.
Maintain the confidentiality of company information and demonstrate professional conduct.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
At least 5 years of driving experience, preferably with executive-level clients.
Excellent knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of integrity, responsibility, and discretion.
Flexibility with working hours and availability for weekend or after-hours tasks.
Neat appearance and polite demeanor.
Ability to take initiative and support other company operations as needed.
