Job Overview
The Lead Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and equipment for gas processing plant and packaging, and able to conduct thorough mechanical and piping design and installation analyses ensuring successful construction completion
Qualifications
Must possess Engineering Degree in Mechanical or any related engineering discipline from a reputable tertiary institution. COREN certification is an added advantage.
A minimum of 10 to 12 years’ work experience in the oil and gas industry.
Ability to develop PFD’s and piping ISO’s.
Must have a working knowledge of industry codes and standards, such as ASME and API, such as API-STD-610 and 617, 650, 653
Proficient and experience with mechanical and piping 3D design software (e.g. PDMS, NAVISWORKS, MIPS AUTOCAD, M4 PLANT, PROCAD etc).
