Assisting with job postings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire on boarding and orientation.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including data entry, filing, and database management.
Assisting with payroll processing, tracking employee attendance, and answering benefits-related inquiries.
Providing support to employees, answering HR-related questions, and assisting with conflict resolution.
Ensuring adherence to HR policies, procedures, and labor laws, and generating reports as needed.
Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, answering phones, and providing general administrative support to the HR team.
