Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement

Production Planning and Execution

Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities to meet customer demand
Ensure efficient use of resources, including equipment, materials, and labor
Implement and maintain production schedules, inventory management, and supply chain logistics

Quality Control and Assurance

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability
Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies

Team Management and Development

Build, train, and develop high-performing teams
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential

Cost Optimization and Efficiency

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operations

Supplier Management and Procurement

Develop and manage supplier relationships
Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies
Stay up to date with changes in regulatory and industry requirements

Requirements

Proven experience (15–20+ years) in a senior leadership/GM/COO role in manufacturing (renewable energy preferred)
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering (PhD preferred).
Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations.
International experience or previous expatriate assignments are strongly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Culturally adaptable and able to work in a diverse environment.
Experience with quality management systems (ISO)
