We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Healthcare Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to healthcare students or staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching healthcare topics and a strong grasp of training methodologies.
You will play a key role in developing and equipping learners with the practical and theoretical knowledge needed in the healthcare field.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured healthcare training sessions.
Create lesson plans and training materials.
Assess learners’ progress and provide feedback.
Stay updated with healthcare practices and guidelines.
Maintain records of training sessions and participants.
Qualifications
Minimum of an OND in a healthcare-related field
At least 2 years’ experience teaching healthcare
Knowledge of medical terminology and practices
Familiarity with adult learning techniques.
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex healthcare concepts
Good classroom management
Time management and organization
Empathy and patience.
