Develop and implement a comprehensive guidance program aligned with 21st-century skills and career exploration.
Conduct individual counseling sessions to address students’ academic progress, career goals, personal challenges, and social-emotional well-being.
Facilitate group counseling sessions on topics like study skills, goal setting, decision-making, stress management, and healthy relationships.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure a holistic approach to student success.
Stay current with best practices in school counseling and adapt programs to meet evolving student needs.
Maintain confidential student records and comply with all legal and ethical regulations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives that promote student well-being and positive school climate.
Develop strong relationships with students, fostering a safe and supportive environment where they feel comfortable seeking guidance.
