Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Da Vinci) etc. and video editing software’s
Proficiency in Camera Operation, Cinematography, Video Production and Lighting skills
Experience in creating visually compelling content
Proficiency in video editing software
Attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members
A good understanding of real estate marketing trends and the ability to create compelling visuals that resonate with potential buyers and investors.
