We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead to drive growth of our credit risk asset portfolio, focusing on equipment leasing, personal loans, working capital solutions, and invoice discounting.
The ideal candidate will build strong relationships across private and public sectors while managing risk assets effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Market for credit risk assets including equipment leasing, LPO/working capital, personal loans, and invoice discounting
Generate high-quality credit accounts and other credit products
Engage with key stakeholders in private and public sectors to expand market presence
Write comprehensive credit proposal documentation
Monitor and assess credit risk, ensuring compliance with standards
Prepare and analyze monthly credit loan portfolio reports
Maintain Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratio below threshold
Develop strategic partnerships to support business growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a numerate discipline (Finance, Economics, Accounting)
3 – 5years of relevant experience
Membership with ELAN or other relevant professional organizations is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High resilience, tenacity, and integrity
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Solid understanding of risk management and financial standards
Strategic thinking ability and strong networking experience
Proficiency in computer applications for financial management
Good understanding of policies and procedures.
