Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share and profitability
Identify growth opportunities, including geographic expansion and new product offerings
Ensure alignment with Levitikal Group’s overall corporate objectives
Oversee plant operations, ensuring high production efficiency and minimal downtime
Implement best practices in production, maintenance, and quality control
Optimize raw material usage to reduce waste and improve cost-effectiveness
Oversee procurement and supply chain operations to secure cost-effective, high-quality materials and services.
Lead the continuous development and training of technical and project management teams
Manage financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment planning
Sales, Marketing & Business Development:
Drive sales strategies to secure contracts with major construction firms and developers
Strengthen customer relationships to increase repeat business and referrals
Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational and financial
Develop emergency response plans for plant operations and logistics
Quality Control & Compliance:
Maintain high standards of product quality to meet industry specifications
Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental laws, and safety standards
Oversee the testing of concrete mixes to ensure durability and consistency
Ensure efficient scheduling and dispatching of ready-mix concrete deliveries
Optimize fleet utilization and reduce delivery delays
Implement GPS tracking and route optimization for better service delivery
Leadership and Development:
Build and lead a high-performing team across production, sales, and logistics
Build and lead the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Conduct regular training and mentoring to develop the team’s technical and behavioural skills
Implement staff training programs to enhance operational efficiency and safety compliance
Foster a strong workplace culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement

Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 15 years experience.
