We are currently seeking a talented Building and Structure Engineer to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience and hold relevant educational qualifications in civil engineering or a related field.
As a Building and Structure Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, construction, and maintenance of building projects to ensure structural integrity, safety, and quality.
Responsibilities
Develop structural designs and plans for building projects in compliance with building codes and regulations.
Conduct structural assessments and inspections to evaluate the condition of existing buildings.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Perform structural analysis and calculations to determine load-bearing capacities and stability.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and contractors.
Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of construction.
Address any structural issues or challenges that may arise during the project.
Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and drawings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/StructuralEngineering, Building Technologyor a related field.
Minimum of 7years of experience in building and structure engineering.
Proficiency in structural design software and AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Age requirement: 40-50years.
Possession of professional certifications like COREN, NSE, or similar is preferred.
