We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Data Entry with experience in SAP and data entry to support our business operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data within our ERP system, supporting day-to-day transactions, and ensuring seamless workflow across departments such as inventory, sales order and Logistics
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and verify large volumes of data related to inventory, sales orders, customer records, and supply chain information.
Support logistic team
Generate reports to support business decisions.
Identify and correct data entry errors, inconsistencies, or gaps.
Collaborate with different departments to collect and process timely, accurate data.
Qualifications and Skills
ND/Bachelor’s degree
2–3 years of hands-on experience using SAP ERP systems
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools is an added advantage.
Proven experience in data entry roles with a high level of accuracy and speed.
Strong understanding of business processes in FMCG sectors (inventory, distribution, finance, etc.).
High attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
