The ideal candidate will:
Market the Company’s product and services within the Undertaking
Be responsible for total collections and Revenue generation for the Undertaking.
Be responsible for new customer acquisition and retention in the Undertaking
Responsibilities
Ensure qualitative billing of customers on different transformers/feeders to reflect energy consumption.
Coordinate all cash collection activities at the undertaking and accountable for 100% collection of revenue billed for the Undertaking.
Resolve all billing and revenue related customer complaints.
Drive efficiency in new customer acquisition and retention.
Ensure effective maintenance of customers’ accounts to reflect current status.
Manage customer data base effectively by aligning meter books to individual overheads and distribution transformers.
Coordinate PPM monitoring activities.
Render weekly report of all commercial activities within the Undertaking.
Implement Marketing Strategies in order to meet and exceed the commercial target of the Company in the undertaking.
Meeting the cash collection and revenue targets of the Undertaking.
Following up of payments by maximum demand and Prime customers within the network of the Undertaking.
Monitoring of set targets for ESS and ESRs.
Validate new customer acquisition data submitted by the ESRs.
Identifies, evaluates and implements new customer acquisition strategies.
Identifies emerging markets to harness opportunities for new customer acquisition.
Comply with Quality Management System / Occupational Health & Safety requirements including objectives and applicable regulations relating to assigned jobs
Assist in Carry out any other duties as requested by the Business manager/commercial manager and Undertaking manager.
