Lead all operations – retail, supply chain, logistics, finance, HR, Marketing – ensuring world-class service and performance.
Translate strategy into execution, with a focus on luxury retail excellence and operational scale.
Drive process innovation and profitable growth while preserving the exclusivity of the Montaigne brand.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), with deep appreciation for the standards of luxury service and merchandising.
10+ years in senior operations/COO roles (luxury, beauty, retail, or FMCG sectors preferred).
Proven experience managing multi-location, customer-centric operations.
Strong strategic, financial, and leadership capabilities.
