Position Overview:
We are seeking talented and experienced Architects to join our client at the Customer Experience Centre. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers’ experience by providing expert advice and support in our exclusive showrooms.
About our client
Our client is a manufacturing company specialized in production of premium quality sanitary ware, ceramic and porcelain tiles to cater for the market demand in Nigeria, Africa and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide architectural and design consultations to customers in the showroom.
Assist customers in selecting building materials and products that meet their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in architecture and building materials.
Create and present design proposals to customers.
Manage customer inquiries and follow up on projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and technical expertise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (minimum requirement).
2 to 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
Previous experience working in building materials companies is highly desirable.
Strong design and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in architectural design software
