Headship and general factory administration of human and material resources
Recruitment and deployment of staff subject to approval
Ensuring repairs and maintenance of motor vehicles
Ensuring repairs and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Co-ordination of staff meetings
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum of B.Sc Degree in Business Administration / Management, Accountancy, Social Science and Humanities.
Age between 35 – 45 years.
Work Experience:
Must have worked in the beverage and water manufacturing industry with a minimum of between 5 – 10 years.
Must have a wide knowledge of management and marketing/sales.
Must be computer literate.
