We are seeking a skilled, dynamic and results driven Accounts & Finance Officer to join our team.
The role will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, overseeing all incoming and outgoing transactions, processing accounts payable and receivable, generating financial reports, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Recording and reconciling financial transactions across accounts payable and receivable
Preparing and reviewing financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and forecasting financial trends
Handling client billing and collections, including sending invoices and following up on overdue payments
Maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud
Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
Responding to account inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounts & Finance, or related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and data analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Second Class Upper in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance with key functions such as Accounting, Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, Cost Management and Internal Controls, preferably in the oilfield services, or related industry.
