Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate ledger maintenance.
Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and statutory remittances (e.g., VAT, PAYE, WHT).
Support internal and external audits.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
ICAN/ACCA qualification (in view or completed) is an added advantage.
