We are in business to elevate the standard of hospitality and leisure.Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, including daily transactions, revenue, and expenses.
Prepare financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Reconcile bank statements and hotel accounts to ensure accuracy.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Process invoices, payments, and vendor transactions in a timely manner.
Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and issue invoices.
Ensure timely payment of bills, salaries, and other hotel expenses.
Track daily hotel revenue and ensure all income is properly recorded.
Monitor cash flow and maintain adequate liquidity for hotel operations.
Handle guest billing, refunds, and disputes related to payments:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and hotel industry standards.
Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT, corporate tax, and service charges.
Maintain organized financial records for audits and inspections
Implement internal financial controls to prevent fraud and discrepancies.
Monitor hotel expenditures and suggest cost-saving measures.
Work with department heads to optimize financial efficiency.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess an HND with 5 years experience.
