The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Candidates should possess an HND with 3–7 years as a Chef with experience in a professional kitchen
Proven ability to handle kitchen operations, including menu planning, cost control, and staff management.
Expertise in different cuisines (e.g., continental, African, Asian, Mediterranean).
Proficiency in baking, pastry, or grilling (if required).
Strong knowledge of food presentation and plating techniques.
Experience in inventory management and cost control.
Strong time management and ability to handle pressure in a busy kitchen.
Understanding of dietary restrictions and guest preferences.
Creativity and adaptability to menu changes.
Cleanliness, discipline, and attention to detail.
