We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Staff member with extensive knowledge of Power product spare parts to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.
This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of Power product spare parts.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and track inventory levels.
Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Implement and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and shipments.
Generate reports on inventory status and order fulfillment as needed.
Work closely with the warehouse manager and other team members to optimize warehouse operations.
Communicate effectively with other departments, such as procurement and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
Identify and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies, order fulfillment, or warehouse operations.
Skills Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with Power product spare parts.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in a Technical or any related field.
Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience working in a warehouse.
Proven experience with Power Product spare parts is an added advantage.
