Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Location: Kaduna

Job Description

• Review all request for stock from Production Officers for adequacy with Grower’s hectares planted.
• Monitor all stock releases from Stores to Growers and report on stock movements.
• Ensure actual input release for growers do not exceed requirement.
• Seek for input requirement approval where input to farmers would exceed limit.
• Ensure all Growers’ forms and documents are completed and properly signed by Growers.
• Ensure all Growers’ Invoices are properly accounted for detailing their inputs collection, cash advances and seed deliveries.
• Muste verify all seed deliveries for each grower.
• Ensures stocks are properly arranged per SKUs and per condition of stock.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisors.
