Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve orders with attention to presentation and guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
Handle guest queries and feedback professionally.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO
Previous experience in a similar role preferred (not mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed and presentable at all times
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
