Wunti Al-Khair Foundation (WAKF) , a non-profit organization dedicated to driving impactful change in Nigeria, has successfully transformed the lives of thousands through its commitment to quality education, accessible healthcare, economic empowerment, and community development in Bauchi State and Nigeria.
Wunti Al-Khair Foundation is proud to announce the Vocational Skills Training Program (VSTP) in Bauchi State!
This six-month, fully funded training initiative will equip 100 youths annually with practical skills in 12 vocational fields—at no cost to beneficiaries.
Gain hands-on training in:
Interior Design (Curtains & Blinds)
Tailoring & Dressmaking
Welding & Fabrication
Aluminium Fabrication
Carpentry & Joinery
Electrical & Solar Installation
Leather Work (Shoe & Bag Making)
Pipe Fitting & Plumbing
Tiling & Interlocking
Catering & Pastry Making
Plaster of Paris (POP) Making
Motor Vehicle Mechanics
Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 14 – 30 years old
Education: Minimum of primary or secondary education
Employment Status: Must be unemployed
Residency: Must be a resident of Bauchi State
Commitment: Must complete the full 6-months training + 3-months internship
Selection Process: Screening & interview required
Gender Inclusion: At least 50% of slots reserved for women
Priority Given To: Persons with disabilities, widows/single mothers, and orphans from low-income backgrounds
