We are hiring for our client, a detail-oriented and organized Store Officer to manage inventory, track stock levels, and ensure efficient store operations.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Odoo software and a few years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of stock movement using Odoo software.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods.
Issue materials as per requisitions while ensuring proper documentation.
Conduct periodic stock audits to reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of goods to maintain order and efficiency.
Collaborate with procurement and other departments for effective inventory control.
Generate reports on stock levels, usage trends, and discrepancies.
Adhere to safety and quality standards within the store.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2-4 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or a related role.
Proficiency in using Odoo software for inventory management.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and manage store operations efficiently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
