Role: Site Acquisition/Battery Swap Agent
Locations: Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Kwara, Delta, Kano, Cross River, Ogun
Salary: 100,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Site Acquisition / Swap Agent to support the expansion and day-to-day operations of our battery swap stations. This hybrid role combines the strategic task of identifying and securing ideal locations for battery swap stations with the hands-on responsibilities of managing their operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, operational acumen, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities:
– Scout and assess new battery swap locations
– Negotiate leases & ensure regulatory compliance
– Oversee daily swap station operations & customer service
– Maintain safety standards & resolve on-site issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field (preferred) 2+ years in site acquisition, field ops, or customer support Strong negotiation & communication skills Able to manage multiple projects independently Tech-savvy with MS Office & basic reporting tools Knowledge of safety & regulatory requirements-Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.1 year working experience, Experience with an Electric Motorcycle company is an added Advantage.Method of Application
