The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership:
Supervise and motivate shift staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
Conduct staff training and development programs.
Operations:
Manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
Customer Service:
Handle customer complaints and feedback.
Foster a customer-centric culture.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and minimize waste.
Scheduling:
Create and manage staff schedules.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in restaurant management.
Education: HND or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Skills:

Strong problem-solving and time management.
Ability to work under pressure.
