We’re seeking a dedicated and efficient Sales Rep to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to process online orders both from our walk-in customers, ensuring that each order is accurately prepared and promptly delivered to customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently process online orders from various food delivery platforms.
Verify and confirm order details to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with the sales timely preparation of orders.
Package and prepare orders for delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any order-related inquiries or issues.
Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
Qualifications:
SSCE, OND (Ordinary National Diploma) or NCE (National Certificate in Education), ND, HND,BSC
Prior experience in sales or similar environment is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online ordering systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
