We’re seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Promoter to join our team at a leading FMCG company in Nigeria. As a Promoter, you’ll be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and engaging with customers to promote our products.
Responsibilities
Brand Promotion: Promote our products and services to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
Sales Generation: Drive sales by engaging with customers, identifying opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular feedback and reports on promotional activities, sales performance, and customer insights.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: FSLC
Experience: 0-2 years experience in sales, preferably in a FMCG firm.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Strong product knowledge and presentation skills.
