Adhere to organizational rules and policies.
Safely and efficiently deliver pharmaceutical products and other products to customers, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to delivery schedules.
Verify the accuracy of each order before leaving the store, ensuring that all items are correctly loaded for delivery.
Maintain effective communication with customers regarding delivery status, any delays, or issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency, considering traffic conditions and delivery priorities.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and any discrepancies, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Ensure that the delivery bikeis kept clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues to the Operations Officer promptly.
Address and resolve any delivery-related issues or customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to the Operations Officer when necessary.
Collaborate with pharmacy staff and the customer service team to ensure smooth operations and efficient handling of deliveries.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
