We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain wireless radio networks. The ideal candidate will support network quality, coverage, and capacity goals through RF planning, analysis, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and plan radio networks (2G/3G/4G/5G) to meet coverage and capacity targets.
Conduct drive tests and analyze RF performance data.
Optimize radio parameters to improve network quality and reduce interference.
Perform frequency planning and site surveys.
Recommend solutions for coverage gaps and performance issues.
Collaborate with field teams and network operations during deployments and upgrades.
Prepare RF-related reports and documentation.
Requirements:
Degree or HND in Electrical/Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
2-5 years’ experience in RF planning and optimization.
Knowledge of cellular technologies (GSM, WCDMA, LTE, 5G).
Proficiency with RF tools (e.g., TEMS, Atoll, MapInfo, Actix).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
