Recruit Guards for clients with man guard needs
Screen resourced/recruited candidates for training.
Administer the company employment form and guide candidates to fill them properly.
Ensure proper update of staff records.
Overseeing employee orientation and training.
Liaising between employees and management.
Managing employee/client complaints.
Arranging employee physical examinations.
Collaborate with other departments for voucher payments etc
Any other tasks assigned.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess an OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc Degree with 2-4 years experience.
