Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant in Abuja and Lagos to support evidence generation in our research project. This role involves data collection and articulation aimed at contributing to the development of policy-relevant outputs in line with our mission to empower supply and demand sides of the evidence value chain for sustainable social, political, and economic development in Africa.
Job Title: Research Assistant.
Location: Abuja, Lagos and Jos, Nigeria.
Employment Type: Part-time.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support data collection, entry, and basic analysis;
· Assist in drafting reports, briefs, and research outputs;
· Engage with key stakeholders; and
· Maintain research files and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Required Qualifications:
· Minimum of Bachelor’s/HND in Social Sciences, Economics, Public Policy, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field or related field;
· Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.;
· Proficiency in data collection tools like ODK, Murvey Monkey, KoboCollect, etc.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.;
· Ability to manage time effectively and deliver task promptly; and
· Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
