Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records and reports.
Identify defects or non-conformities and report them to the relevant departments for corrective action.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality assurance policies.
Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and checklists.
Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and consistency.
