Circuit Pointe is a non-profit, youth-led organization established in 2015 by a young female Nigerian after hearing untold stories of oppressed women, abused teens and victims of traditional practices. We have a 3-member Board of Trustees and 40 volunteer members who are young people between 18-35 years.Location: 100% Remote

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Requirements and QA Analyst to join our Training and Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for requirement analysis, quality assurance, and user documentation across our training, web, and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality user experiences, enhancing product functionality, and supporting project success from both a technical and business perspective.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement workshops.
Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Quality Assurance (QA)

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including UI/UX validation.
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.
Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing for both web and mobile platforms.

Documentation & Support

Create and maintain user manuals, release notes, and internal knowledge base articles.
Document test procedures, edge cases, and known limitations for development and support reference.
Support the development of training materials and onboarding documentation for end-users or partners.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or business analysis.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, Agile practices, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with bug-tracking and test case management tools.
Strong grasp of requirement-gathering techniques, including interviews, user stories, and process mapping.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
