As an Associate, you will support the risk team by assisting with risk assessments, client advisory services, and regulatory compliance initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to foster relationships with clients while providing risk-related guidance and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Assist in risk consultations, providing clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Risk Assessment: Conduct preliminary risk evaluations and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
Regulatory Compliance: Support clients in understanding and adhering to industry regulations and corporate risk policies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and internal teams to facilitate effective risk management.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare risk analysis reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior risk managers to ensure seamless execution of risk management strategies.
Technology & Data Analytics: Utilize analytical tools to assess trends and enhance risk forecasting models.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in risk management, financial services, consulting, or related areas.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and risk management software (preferred).
