This is a contract role for a Public Relations and Media Officer.
As a Public Relations and Media Officer, you will be responsible for managing press releases, media relations, and public relations.
You will also be involved in strategic communications and communication initiatives.
This is a hybrid role, allowing for both in-office work at our Ikeja location and some remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
To be considered for this contract roles/position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in multimedia industry, preferably in a creative and digital environment.
Skills in Press Releases, Media Relations, and Public Relations
Strong understanding of multimedia strategies, including public relations, multimedia sales, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with multimedia and creative marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe Suite and Corel Draw
Experience in Communication and Strategic Communications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create compelling content
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
