Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
Monitor production to resolve issues
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (QC, workers, etc.)
Determine quantity of resources required (labor, raw materials, etc.)
Approve maintenance work, equipment purchases, etc.
Ensure output meets quality standards
Implement health and safety precautions
Report to upper management
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Experience in production or engineering processes
Strong knowledge of production management
Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations
Understanding of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
Experience in reporting key production metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Detail-oriented
Strong decision-making skills and results-oriented approach
