Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management.Key
Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects from start to finish
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Monitor progress and report to senior management
Identify and mitigate risks
Requirements:
HND/BSc Civil Engineering
3+ years of experience in project management in construction or roofing company is required
Professional qualification in Civil Engineering
Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Must reside on the Island or in very close proximity
Salary:
N300,000 gross per month
