We’re hiring a Project Management Director to lead the design, execution, and delivery of large-scale renewable and gas power infrastructure projects (Solar, Wind, Hydro, CCGT, LNG, IPP) across Nigeria and Africa.
This senior role oversees all project phases—from feasibility and detailed engineering to EPC contractor supervision, construction, and handover. The PMD ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, within scope, and in full compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead detailed project design, RFPs, EPC selection, and execution planning
Oversee construction milestones and manage in-house and EPC contractors
Enforce HSE and QA/QC standards on all sites
Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and reporting
Coordinate with utilities, regulators, investors, and local communities

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent certification preferred
15+ years in utility-scale energy infrastructure, with Africa experience
Proven track record delivering solar farms, gas plants, or transmission lines
Strong leadership in multicultural and cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel and work across geographies
