We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Coordinator to lead the setup and startup on an NGO.
Focused on connecting indigent children in need of healthcare with funding opportunities.
The candidate will oversee the development of a robust portal/ platform, manage project timelines, and ensure effective coordination of all aspects of the project.
Develop and manage project plan, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate the design, development, and launch of the portal/platform
Lead a team of developers, designers and other stakeholders
Manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
Oversee testing, quality assurance, and deployment of the platform/portal
Develop and implement operational processes and procedures
Establish partnerships with healthcare providers, funders and other stakeholders.
Monitor and report on project progress, budgets and outcomes
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications
Degree or Certification in Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
2+ years relevant work experience.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in Project management with track records of successfully managing projects from conception to delivery
Familiarity with web development and technology trends.
Passion for the NGOs mission and commitment to making a positive impact.
