Job Summary
Our client seeks to engage an exceptional Professional for the position of a Production Supervisor. Our Client currently has its factory in Sango, Ogun State.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of an HND or BSc in Food Tech or other relevant Science course with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the FMCG industry.
Candidates living around Sango in Ogun State will have an advantage.
Responsibilities
Establish daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Guide and coach employees,٫ monitoring their productivity
Oversee the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Perform verification of production output according to specifications
Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers
Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Consult new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team
Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility
Organizing, monitoring, and prioritising tasks to meet production goals
Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in related fields with 3 – 5 years of work experience.
