GLOBAL ORGANIZATION
Our operations span the globe. Our industrial system integrates steelmaking, pipe rolling and forming, heat treatment, threading and finishing across 16 countries. Performs the operations of Premium threading on pipes or coupling, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.
Responsibilities
Commit with health, safety and environmental policies and notify situations that present potential risk
Ensure product quality complying with defined standards and reporting deviations
Carry out duties in an effective manner meeting productivity and efficiency standards in accordance with minimum costs
Perform activities according to applicable procedures
Complete and update all applicable records ensuring information accuracy
Ensure proper use of the company assets, detecting and reporting malfunctioning
Attend and collaborate in training activities in order to maintain and increase the company knowledge
Proactively suggest improvements and participate in continuous improvement activities

Executes change over and set up of the machine
Performs lathe operation
Performs Premium threads on pipes or coupling
Carries out end deburring
Performs chips cleaning
Changes machine tools
Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance
Updates information in the tracking system
