As Plant Manager, you will commission and oversee the entire plant’s operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, optimizing production processes, and managing a high-performing team.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the aerosol manufacturing industry.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and product quality.
Implement and manage production schedules, optimizing resource allocation.
Ensure adherence to international quality and safety standards (ISO, GMP).
Recruit, train, and manage plant personnel, fostering a culture of excellence.
Monitor expenses, reduce waste, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with 5+ years in a plant leadership role.
Strong knowledge of aerosol production processes and machinery.
Proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing operations.
Familiarity with ERP systems and automation technologies.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
