Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance and operational plans for the CHO complex.
This includes creating schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance, factoring in both short-term and long-term asset needs.
Ensure that all activities align with company objectives and operational constraints.
Develop and manage detailed maintenance and operational plans for medium- and long-term activities.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure plans are realistic, achievable, and cost-effective.
Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure required resources are available for planned tasks.
Regularly review and update maintenance plans to accommodate changing operational priorities.
Prepare reports and documentation outlining the progress of planned activities and any adjustments made to timelines or scope.
Ensure that all plans meet regulatory and safety requirements and align with company policies.
Work closely with project managers to integrate maintenance activities with construction or upgrade projects.
Provide regular status updates to senior management regarding the execution of planned activities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in planning, scheduling, or project management in a similar industrial or operational environment.
Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling software.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent in English, written and verbal.
